Using a calibrated set of scales, the jewellery is weighed separately according to alloy (carat), and the price is calculated on the basis of the current share price determined. You can find out more about this here

Yes, the valuation is free of charge and comes with no obligation. If you wish to sell your jewellery, you can sell it straight away and receive the money immediately, either in cash or via a real-time bank transfer.

The offer is dependent on the current gold price; as this changes constantly, the offer is valid for the day in question.

Yes, any traces of tooth material or ceramic are expertly removed so that the gold content can be accurately determined.

14-carat (585) gold has a fine gold content of 58.5%. 18-carat (750) gold has a fine gold content of 75%. Consequently, its value is also higher.

If your valuables contain diamonds, these will be taken into account when calculating the value from 0.25 ct (carats) upwards. Other precious or semi-precious stones will be removed from their settings and returned to you on request.

You can bring items to us even if you are not sure whether they are genuine gold. We will check for you, free of charge, whether they are actually gold.

The gold is recycled and returned to the gold cycle. Gold is a rare raw material. An average of 11,000 tonnes of gold is traded each year.
